Nature decides that for us. We monitor the forecasts carefully, but the Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee their appearance. For this reason, we do not offer refunds if the Northern Lights are not visible for example due to cloudy weather. Please also note that weather conditions can change quickly.
Our meeting point is at the Arctic Circle, near Santa Claus Village. You will receive detailed instructions in your booking confirmation. Our tours do not include pickup.

Yes, the smell of smoke may cling to clothing and hair while sitting by the fire, but it can be removed by airing or washing.

If the temperature drops to -40°C or below, we will reschedule the tour for safety and comfort reasons. Otherwise, tours operate regardless of weather conditions. Please note that weather conditions can change rapidly.
Yes, it is warm. For example, when the outside temperature was -32°C, the interior temperature remained between +10 and +15°C. However, we still recommend wearing proper winter clothing and boots, especially for the break stops. The seats are covered with genuine reindeer hides, and blankets are also provided.
